Arthur H. Anacker, dear friend of Jeanette Caliguri, passed away June 17, 2003 at Park Place Care Center. He was an area resident since 1968. Arthur was born March 20, 1925 in Minnesota, and then moved to the Seattle area. He was an avid gardener and lover of animals. He was a past 3 term president of the Westport Historical Society and volunteered many hours at the Harris-Kearney House. He is survived by three sisters, one brother, eight stepchildren, fifteen grandchildren and one new great-grandchild. His passing is mourned by numerous friends and especially his 4 dogs and 4 cats. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Westport Historical Society at Harris-Kearney House, 4000 Baltimore, KCMO 64111. Private services with scattering of ashes in the Pacific Ocean.
