Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. Although it’s difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow. Please accept my heartfelt sympathies for your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. Love Today, Tomorrow and Forever! Cindy

I have been lost for words and even emotions since I was told my father was going to pass. I will try and express what i have been feeling. It has now been a week and as i go through the memories I have, I realize that without him i wouldn’t be who I am today. He was a man that would not back down from anything or anyone. He was a do it yourself man he knew that if one man could do it so could he. My father did have his faults, but it is very clear to me now that without him I wouldn’t be the man I am today. With that being said I just want to say Thank You, dad I wish that I could have showed you how much I loved you.

Bud what can we say? Time passes to fast. To fast to tell each other that we did love you. Passes to fast to say past is the past. We have seen you at your best and worse, liked the best ones better. Wish we had more time to reminence about them. Brother I hope you have found the peace you were searching for and have a fast trip home….Love Bill and Nita

You were as much my dad as any one could be. If it weren’t for you I wouldn’t have my husband or the child growing inside of me. You took me and Zak in like we had always been apart of your family and we both miss you so much. I only wish you could hold your soon to be grandchildren one time. Thank you for the wonderful memories that I will be able to tell your grandchildren. We love and miss you and will never forget you.

I may have not known you as well as most, but I did know that you were a very strong and stubborn man. I will always remember how funny you always were and loved to joke around! Im glad I have you in my life and now will have your grandchild to tell him all about his grandpa! you are a good man and now Joel and I will have a lil boy to take on all of those wonderful qualities of a Burton! We have great memories and moments of you and those can never be taken away! we will all miss you and we love you so much!!

To the man who took me in as his own, my daddy Bud. I love you with all my heart and I can’t believe you are gone. For all the years you watched over us and kept us in line, for all the times you lent me a shoulder to cry, I thank you. You were the best father figure I could have ever ask for and now you are gone. Our onry dad isn’t here to pick on us anymore or give us the guidance we need. You were the best grandpa-figure to Kadyn and you mean a lot to us. We will miss you very much. There is a big empty spot in my heart where you belong that will never be filled. Now you are home and not in any pain, the tears we all cry fall more than rain. The memories we all shared will always remain, but will never be the same. One thing that puts my mind at ease is knowing such an awesome dad and grandpa is up in heaven with my little boy and keeping him safe and watching over him. I love you dad, I wish you were here.
If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, we would walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.
But God took you home so you wouldn’t feel anymore pain.
A loving dad we lost, a wonderful man he gained.
God seen you were tired and a cure there would not be, so he wispered in your ear, “son come with me” As the day came you would slip away he assured you everything would be okay. Although we know he showed us he only takes the best, we will never say good-bye, Your memory will live on until down to rest we all lie. Love you and miss you daddy, Dana Sue and Kadyn
