Darrell Ray, Sr.

Darrell Gene Ray, Sr., 64, of Sedalia passed away July 28, 2007. Darrell was born on November 5, 1942 in Oakland, California to the late John and Opal (McPheeters) Ray. He served in the Marines from 1960 to 1964. He also spent many years working as a body repair man. Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Marie Ray, of Sedalia, one son, Darrell Gene Ray, Jr. of Littleton, CO, and one daughter, Jenanne Marie O?Brien of Denver, CO, four brothers, Johnny Edward Ray of Poncha Springs, CO, Harold Francis Ray of Warsaw, MO, Jimmie Allen Ray of Townsend, GA, and Ronie Kent Ray of Lewiston, ME, two sisters, Joyce Marie Gerlt and Vickie Lynn Allain both of Jacksonville, FL, as well as three grandchildren, Krysha Kayleen Ray of TX and Caleb Andrew and Rebecca Kathleen Ray both of Littleton, CO. He was preceded in death by one sister, Barbara Ruth DeMay. Memorials may be left to Bothwell Hospice, 3113 W. Broadway, Sedalia, MO 65301.
