Faye Wright, 80, a resident of Columbia Manor, passed away January 11, 2009. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2009 in the Smith Hall of First Assembly of God, 1100 N. 7th St. with Pastor Michael Jouret officiating. Faye was born August 14, 1928 in Columbia to the late Hudson and Nan (Hartley) Brown. She loved John Wayne Movies and Nascar. Faye is survived by a daughter Nancy Wainscott and her husband Buck of Columbia, a son Vint Wright and his wife Carla of Hallsville, a sister Fern Watts of Wichita, KS as well as grandchildren Casey, Kyle, Aaron, Chase, Darrell and Travis. Memorials are requested to First Assembly of God.
