Gail Hanson

Gail Margaret Hanson, 64, Raytown, MO passed away March 19, 2008. Memorial services will be held 2 PM, Saturday, April 5, 2008 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kansas City Cancer Center or Metro Care. Gail was born January 16, 1944 in Fargo, North Dakota. She grew up on a farm outside of Tower City, ND. She was the daughter of Francis and Mabel (Maloney) Hanson. She attended school in Tower City and received her BA degree in music from Jamestown College, Jamestown, ND. She received a master’s degree in music at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. She was a resident of Kansas City, MO for many years. Gail is survived by; mother, Mabel Hanson, Fargo, ND; sister, Patricia Vestal (Clarke), Denver, CO; brother, Bruce Hanson (Shawn) Atlanta, GA; sister, Jeanne Lang (Dean), Sidney, MT and brother, Neil Hanson Buffalo, ND. She leaves an aunt and uncle in Las Vegas, several cousins, nieces and nephews and many loving friends. Gail was preceded in death by; father, Francis K. Hanson. Interment will be in Tower City, ND.
