George Ambrose Klepac Sr., 69, passed away November 18th, 2007. George was born in Kansas City, KS to George J. Klepac, father and Sarah (McDermott) Klepac, mother. George proudly served his country as a veteran in the US Army. After serving his country, George went to school to become a teacher in the field of education. George is survived by his mother, daughter, Kimbra, sons George and Tom, and grandchildren: Jessica, Katie, & Lyndi. George often quoted”…Fishermen don’t die…they just cast away.” Services are pending at this time.

I was real sorry to read that George had passed away. I always considered him a personal best friend And even though we went our separate ways back in 63 or 64, he was always a significant friend to me.
I will remember him in my prayers and wish his family my most sympathetic consideration.
I miss him very much, as do many. He was the rock that anchored my various expeditions. I had love, support, and understanding.
