JAMES STEFFENS
James Steffens, 76, Kansas City, MO passed away April 4, 2011 at home surrounded by loved ones. Rosary will be held at 10AM and Mass following at 11AM, Friday, April 8, 2011 Coronation of our Lady Catholic Church, Grandview, MO. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Food Pantry at the church. Jim was born February 21, 1935. He retired in 1992 from GM Fairfax after 31 years. Survivors include; wife of 30 years, Beverly Steffens; daughter & son in law, Carlene & Gary Sowle; son & daughter in law, Michael & Teresa Steffens; daughter & son in law, Segri & Kirk Stephens; daughter, Linda Steffens; daughters & sons in law, Lisa & Doug Coday, Laura & Michael Serum; son, John Ashford; four brothers, six sisters; twelve grandchildren. He is preceded in death by; daughter, Lori Evens; grandson, and Jacob Watson. (arr. Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 816-313-1677)
