RObert E. Armstrong died on Friday September 3rd, 2004 at a local KC hospital. Robert Armstrong was born March 29, 1942 in Cheyenne, WY. He was the son of Donald G. Armstrong and Carolyn D. Reust. Robert Armstrong served in the US Army for 4 years and was a Police Officer for the Topeka Police Dept. for 25 plus years. He was a member of the Topeka Fraternal Order of Police. Robert Armstrong is survived by his wife Junie Armstrong of El Dorado Springs, MO, and his children Michael Armstrong of Merriam, KS, David Yeager of El Dorado Springs, MO, Lori Moran of Topeka, KS, Debbie Moran of Topeka, KS, Becky Moran of Topeka, KS, Stephanie Moran of Topeka, KS and several grandchildren. No funeral arrangements are planned.
