Roger L. Swearingen, 71, Olathe, Kansas, passed away March 4, 2011. He was born March 2, 1940, to Ralph and Margaret Swearingen and is survived by two children; three grandchildren; one brother. Burial will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 28, 2011 at Ft. Scott National Cemetery in Ft. Scott, Kansas.
