William "Billy" Clark, 38, passed away August 9, 2008, in his wife’s arms, at his home in Topeka, KS.  Billy was born July 13, 1970 to William T. Clark Sr. and Shirley A. (Adams) Clark in Cedar Rapids, IA.  He leaves behind his wife of nearly 14 years, Debbie, and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and loving friends. A memorial gathering will be held Monday Aug. 11, 2008 at 11:30 AM at Shawnee Mission Park, in Shawnee Mission, KS. Cremation.
