William Burcham

Steve worked as a Concrete Superintendent and owned his own business, Steve was a hard working,
loyal man and had a good heart. He especially loved his wife, of 28 years, and his beautiful family. Steve was a great animal lover and bird watcher and adored his dogs Romeo, Juliet, Kodi and cat Moe. He loved showing dogs and the traveling it entailed. He loved painting and working with his hands.

Steve is preceded in death by his Father William Byron Burcham and both maternal and
paternal grandparents.
He is survived and greatly missed by his beloved wife Billie; his mother Louise Burcham of
Independence, Mo; Children: Kristine Dietz and her life partner Holly, of Gladstone, MO; Byron Burcham
of Kansas City, Mo; Scott Burcham and wife Laurie of Mesquite, Tx; Christie Jones and husband Ray
of Kansas City, Mo; Kimberly Burcham of Shawnee, Ks. Brother: Rob Burcham and wife Nancy of
Lee’s Summit, Mo; Sisters :Sherry Cash of Independence, Mo; Billie Dotson of Independence, Mo. Grandchildren: Daniel, Preston, Joseph, Alyson, Abby, Osheanna, Samuel, and Mother-in-law Geri of the home.
He leaves behind many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews, and especially some very good friends
Jay Cross, Sharon and Max Berry, Jack Swisher, and childhood friend Jim Guyer, and so many others that touched and changed his life.

A private memorial service will be held at Northland MHC, 11819 N. College Ave, Kansas City MO 64156 in the clubhouse at 5pm on June 30th.
