Maxine Loretta Forsberg

Maxine Loretta Forsberg, 89, passed away on March 31, 2018 surrounded by loving family members at Kansas City Hospice House. Visitation services will be at 9:00 AM Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1800 State Route 150, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, 64082. The Rosary will be prayed prior to the beginning of the service at 11:00 AM.

Maxine was a special Christmas gift to her parents, Aloysius and Martha Schreier on Christmas Day, December 25, 1928. She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Wayne, her brother, Bernard, and sisters Martha Matilda, Shirley (George), Judy (Bill) and Helen (Ronnie), and brothers-in-law Jerry, Phil and John. Maxine is survived by her two children, David (Renee) and Ronald (Beverly), her 5 beloved grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, her sisters JoAnn (Jack), Yvonne, Marcia, Rita (Bernie), Juanita (William), Susan, and sister-in-law, Helen, and their families.

Maxine enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, gardening, strawberry shakes, her many pets and her two adopted dogs, and the beautiful Cardinals and Blue Jays that frequented her backyard gardens.
