Terri Linn Bishop, 62, of Columbia, Missouri passed away April 18, 2021 at the University of Missouri Hospital. In her final moments, she had her daughters by her side playing sounds of her beloved doggies. She was an operating room nurse at the University of Missouri Hospital and her co-workers fought so hard to help keep her with us but the massive stroke she experienced was more than her body could overcome.
She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Bishop, and beloved doggies James, Samuel, Isaac and Max. Survivors include daughter Stacey Anderson and her wife Alexia Cardona, daughter Angela Hills, son-in-law Kenneth Hills, grandchildren Stanley Hills and Virginia Hills, her mother Merna Bishop and two brothers, Don Bishop and James Van Waardhuizen.
Terri’s daughters are hosting a celebration of her life on Friday, April 23rd from 6-8pm at the Waters-Moss Conservation Wildlife Area Building on Hillcrest Drive. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Central Missouri Humane Society.
