Albert P. manning, Jr., 67, passed away March 25, 2003 at home. Memorial services will be held 7:00 PM, Tuesday, April 1, 2003 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, MO. A military burial will follow Wednesday, April 2, 2003 in Leavenworth National Cemetery. Mr. Manning was born June 8, 1935 in Jefferson City, MO. He was an Army Veteran. He worked as an accountant for TWA for 35 years until his retirement in 1998. Albert was an eagle scout, a medicine man in the Tribe of Mic-O-Say, Cub Pack Leader Pack #17, and Scout Master Troop #17. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and a granddaughter. He is survived by: wife Beverly Manning of the home; son, Floyd Manning, KCMO; son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Beth Manning, KCMO; grandsons, Lucus Manning, and Andy Manning. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke’s Hospice or Boy Scouts of America, Heart of America Council.
