Charles Morgan Brooks, 73, Lee’s Summit, MO passed away November 23, 2003. Memorial services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, November 26th at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 501 NE Missouri Rd, Lee’s Summit, MO. A visitation will be held 10:30-11 AM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Children’s Mercy Hospital. Charles was born January 24, 1930 in Kansas City, KS. Survivors include his brother, Loren S. Brooks, Jr., Lee’s Summit, MO; sister, Mary Lou White, Lee’s Summit, MO; sons, Ronald Brooks, St. Louis, MO, John Brooks, Shawnee, KS and Charles F. Brooks, Lee’s Summit, MO; step daughter, Terry Noak, Lee’s Summit, MO; step son, Michael Herrick, Lee’s Summit, MO; 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Thelma Brooks; and wife, Mary L. Brooks.
