Charles Smith, 68, Lawson, MO, passed away Dec. 30, 2009 at North Kansas City Hospital. Charles is survived by his wife Wendy (Lewis) Smith, a son Tristan Smith, a sister Julie Wall, Nephew Chris Lee, Niece Stacey Novak, and a great niece, Marisa West. Also surviving Charles are 11 dogs, 1 cat and a rooster. Charles was preceded in death by his parents Charles E. and Virginia (Davidson) Smith. Charles retired from Ford Motor Company in 2000, after 30 years of service. A memorial remembrance will be held from 1-6 PM on January 10, 2010 at Mojo’s To Go, 100 E. 6th Street, Ste. 3, Kearney, MO 64060.
