Charles Edward McElroy, 71, Kansas City, MO passed away February 5, 2006 at St. Joseph Hospital. Memorial service will be Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at 7:00 pm at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, MO. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley McElroy and daughter, Deborah Koenning. He is survived by his daughter, Lorraine Lordi and husband Tony, of Kansas City, MO; sister, Charlotte Boelsche, of New Jersey; brothers, Ray McElroy, of Florida and George McElroy, of California; grandchildren, Jeanette McElroy, of Kansas City, MO, Rachael Worley, of Columbia, MO, and Heather & Olivia Koenning, of Kansas City, MO.
