Cindy Lou Meads, 47, North Kansas City, MO passed away February 9, 2010 at North Kansas City Hospital. She was born August 6, 1962 in Independence, MO to William and Wanda Meads. Cindy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Cremation. Services have not been planned at this time.
