David DeCaigney, 48, Kansas City, MO passed away February 4, 2008.  He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou DeCaigney; his brothers Steven (Debbie), Michael, and Philip; his sister Susan (Alan) Wartenbee; one nephew and six nieces.

    David was my uncle and he was a great man.. I think about him every day every year, I looked up to him. Everyone had his issues but he was a man that seen the good in everyone and thing.
