Donald Gamblian

Donald A. Gamblian, 69, of Columbia, entered into eternal rest on February 8, 2007 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2007 at the Prairie Grove Baptist Church, 860 N. East Park Lane in Columbia with the Rev. Alan Bailey officiating, burial will follow at Columbia Cemetery. Mr. Gamblian was born June 8, 1937 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late William and Flossie (Pattillo) Gamblian. Don loved taking care of anyone in need, country music, driving big rigs and the Missouri Tigers. He is survived by three sons: Joe Gamblian and Shannon Gamblian of Columbia, and Corey Gamblian of St. Louis, six daughters: Teresa Mays of Sedalia, Patty Statham, and Tammy Gamblian of Mexico, Angela Gamblian of Columbia, Judy Francis of Louisiana, and Donna McCune of Kingdom City, one brother Stan Gamblian of Texas, and one sister Clara Mae Runyon of Jefferson City, 29 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Memorials are suggested to the family of Don Gamblian which may be left in care of Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 1114 Wilkes Blvd., Columbia, MO 65201.
