Frank Leroy Velho, 66, passed away July 15, 2007 at the University Hospital & Clinics. Mr. Velho was born on November 13, 1940 to Tony and Mary (Vargas-Large) Velho in Hollister, California. Private family services will be held at a later date in California. He is survived many family members from out of the area.
