Fred L. Whitaker, 79, of Kansas City, Kan., passed away February 5, 2010, with his family by his side. A visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. and memorial service following at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, Mo.
