Henrietta Heyen

Henrietta Sybil Heyen, 86, passed away June 11, 2008.  A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, June 15, 2008 at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Mexico, MO.  Henrietta was born on June 23, 1921 in Glen Lake, Minnesota.  Henrietta was passionate about God, fishing, painting, and crocheting.  She is survived by two sons, Jerry Lee Heyen of Mexico and Wayne Allen Heyen of Colorado Springs, CO; two daughters, Linda Anne Asterita of Columbia and Karen Jeanne Quinly of Carthage, as well as eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Bob Scott, as well as her birth and adoptive parents.

    For Karen Quinly, sorry to hear about your mom. I lost my dad last June. I have often wondered about you and where you were. I have remarried four years ago. Would love to hear from you, once again I am sorry to hear about your mom. Alta

    Linda, I am sorry to hear about your mom. I look at the painting she did for me of the stormy ocean every day and remember her laughing and saying she could not do it. But she did. My prayers are with you.
