Hoyt E. Etter Jr., 53, passed away March 24, 2004. Cremation. Hoyt was a 1968 graduate of William Chrisman High School and was active in Scouting, earning his Eagle Scout. He is survived by his mother, Helen; brother, John and sister, Pamela.
