James Robbins

James R. Robbins, 66, Overland Park, KS, passed away October 15, 2010, at home. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 20, 2010, from 2-4 p.m. at The Eudora Chapel, 1003 John L. Williams Dr., Eudora, KS. Military graveside service will be Thursday, October 21, 2010, at Leavenworth National Cemetery at 2:30 pm. Mr. Robbins was born February 21, 1944 in Kansas City, KS. He was a US Marine serving 4 years as a Lance Corporal. He spent 13 months in the Viet Nam War. He spent a lot of time outdoors and with his grandchildren. James cherished his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry F. Robbins and grandchild, Zoie I. Robbins. Survivors include his mother, Irene Robbins; brother, Ron Robbins; daughters, Dana Bacak and Renee and Amber Robbins; sons, Mark and Raymond Robbins; grandchildren, Jacqueline, Sheridan, Michael, Brittany, Damion, Izik, Zek, Nicholas, and Canaan.

    It took me along time to get the truth out, but it’s a done deal, you and god know my heart, I loved you then and I love you now! Thank you and I’ll be there soon, as I’m sure you know I’m not well! I miss you and I love you so much!!!

    I couldn’t have asked for 2 better parents, still sucks that I didn’t realize it till you were both gone , but now more putting myself down and focusing on the past! I am healing! I love you both 2 more!! Hope you’re resting well!
