James Harrington

James Harrington, 79, Kansas City, MO passed away January 6, 2011, at his home. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Friday, January 14, 2011 at The Kansas City Baptist Temple, 5460 Blue Ridge Cut-Off, Kansas City, MO 64133. Visitation will be held 9-10 AM before the service on January 14th. Mr. Harrington was born April 10, 1931 in Kansas City, MO to A.J. Harrington and Lena Young. James was retired Air Force, serving for 22 years, before working an additional 22 years for the Missouri State Highway Patrol.  James enjoyed helping others and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by a son, Larry W. Estell.  He leaves to  cherish his memories;  devoted wife Berniece Harrington,  daughters, Brenda Harrington of Clifton Bedfordshire, England, Sue Murfitt (Jason) of Epsom Surry, England, Candice (McHudson) Wright of Kansas City, MO, sons, John Wesley Estell Jr. of Lakewood, CO, Keith McHudson (Tina) of Kansas City, MO, a sister Jane White of Long Valley NJ, a brother James Ross of Richmond, CA, numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and a host of distant relatives.  Memorial Contributions may be made in James‘ memory to: L.I.F.E.
