Karen L. Hardman, 64, Independence, MO, passed away June 21, 2005. Memorial services will be held 7:30 p.m., June 27, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1915 N. Liberty, Independence, MO. Visitation will be held 6-7:30 p.m., prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harvesters Food Pantry. Karen was born Oct. 4, 1941 in Boonville, MO. She worked as a cosmetologist until her retirement. Karen is survived by son and daughter-in-law, David and Laura Hardman; daughter, Robin Warren; daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Steve Hill; grandchildren, Jessica and Aaron Williams, Jake Warren, Jessika Angell, Danielle Amos, and David Hardman. She was known for her love for God, and her grandchildren. She had a contagious laugh, and was loved and will be missed by all of her life long friends.
