Keith Franklin Packard, 82, Kansas City, MO, passed away September 23, 2004, at St. Joseph Health Center. A memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 29, at Grace Point Baptist Church, 10415 Chestnut Dr., Kansas City, MO. Mr. Packard is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn; daughters, Joedy and Ronda; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He served in the Army during WWII and received a Purple Heart and two Bronze Stars
