LARRY MATLICK
Larry Matlick, 68, passed away September 14, 2010. Larry was born in Ethel, MO on April 19, 1942, the youngest child of Carl and Marie Matlick. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Richard, Buddy and Jerry; and sister, Carlita Hogenson. Survivors are son, Stephen; Stephen’s friend, Michelle; brother, Maurice; sisters, Mary Jo Ducharme and Phyllis Beale; and many nieces and nephews. Larry graduated from Westport High School and Central Missouri State University. He retired in 2004 after 30 years with BNSF. He had a kind heart and will be greatly missed. A gathering of relatives, friends and colleagues to honor Larry’s life will be at 1:00 PM on October 2, 2010 at 1907 Fairground Dr., Pleasant Hill, MO. I am certainly happy to have had Larry as my uncle. He was always kind and easy with his wonderful laugh.
We know Larry’s sudden passing was a shock. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Larry we had so much fun as kids. I’ll never forget you. You were more like a brother. Missed you much in later years.
