Lois M. Small, 83, of Wright City, died Thursday, May 6, 2004 at New Mark Care Center in Kansas City, MO. Mrs. Small was a homemaker, wife of the later Fraser C. Small, longtime Superintendent of schools in Wright City, MO. She was a member of the United Methodist Church. Mrs. Small (nee Renfrow) was born in rural Maries County, MO and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Europe during World War II. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Fraser C. Small, one brother William Renfrow. Among survivors are her children Elizabeth Marinovich of Kansas City, Ellen Moran of Oakland, CA, Christopher K. Small of Wright City, three grandchildren Dylan C. Vance, William F and Zoe Marinovich, two sisters, Dorothy Manning of Kirkwood and Helen FItzpatrick of Dizon, MO. Memorial services will be Tuesday, May 11 at 1:00 PM at Jefferson Barracks Natinal Cemetery, 101 Memorial Drive, South St. Louis COunty followed by internment. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Alzheimer’s Association.
