Lucille Marie Himes

Lucille Marie Himes, born 3/30/1926 to Frances and Pearl Himes of Raytown.  Sister to Clyde and Virginia A. Rahm.  Preceded in death by her family.  She leaves behind many neices and nephews who loved her dearly.  She was a life time member of Business and Professional Women and Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority in which she held many positions including state president of Colorado.  Her career focused as a book keeper for an insurance company in Denver Colorado.  Many summer days were spent in her cabin at Evergreen, Colorado.  She loved to travel and visit historic sites.  Her last years were spent in Independence, Missouri.The memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday, May 6 at 2 pm at Raytown Christian Church.  It is located at 6108 Blue Ridge Blvd. Internment of her remains will be at Brooking Cemetary.
