Marianne Stovall

Marianne Louise (Tillman) Stovall was born December 21, 1950 in Ortonville, MN, the 2nd child of Vincent and Dorothy (LaCombe) Tillman. She passed from this life on June 26, 2009 in Independence, MO, after a valiant battle with cancer. Marianne worked for the City of Independence for the past 5 years. She was actively involved supporting the needs of special needs adults. She is survived by her son Jason, special friend Mike Money; step daughter Moniqua, her mother Dorothy, sister Charlotte (Elmer) Athey; brothers Donald (Vicky) and Duane (JoAnn). She was preceded in death by her father Vincent and husband Donnie Stovall. She is also survived by 5 nieces, 6 nephews, 4 great nieces, 12 great nephews, 5 Aunts, 1 Uncle and numerous cousins. A visitation will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 pm with a memorial service following at 7:30 pm Wednesday July 1st at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd Raytown, MO.
