Mary Jo Anthony, 54, Kansas City, MO, passed away October 1, 2004, at St. Joseph Health Center. A memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lake Lotawana United Methodist Church, 28901 Colbern Rd., Lake Lotawana, MO 64086. Mrs. Anthony is survived by her husband, Lawrence; son, Jeff; daughter, Jessica; father, Henry David Smithey; brother, David Smithey; and grandson, Colin.
