Muriel Boswell Covert, 84, went to be with the Lord, August 20, 2003. A memorial Mass will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 23, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 7009 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, MO. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Foundation. Muriel was born February 24, 1919 to William Sr. and Lila Boswell. She is proceeded in death by her husband of 56 years, Leland G. Covert. Survivors include, sister, Lila Zimmerman; daughter and son in law, Judy Abel and Paul Dugger; sons and daughters in law, Gerald and Delores Covert, and Vincent and Joan Covert; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
