Otis Ray Partlo, 69, of North Kansas City, MO passed away February 23, 2011 at NorthCare Hospice House in North Kansas City, MO. He was born August 8, 1941 in Crawford County Township, Michigan to Lawrence and Letha Partlo. Otis will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Cremation will take place. Services have not been planned at this time.
