Raymond E. Belk, 87, Kansas City, MO passed away March 6, 2010 at Clara Manor Nursing Home in Kansas City, MO. He was born February 2, 1923 in Jolpin, MO to Elmer and Rachel Belk. Raymond was a US Army veteran, serving his country from 1943 to 1946. Raymond will be missed by all who knew him. Services have not been planned at this time.
