Richard J. Rios, 47, Kansas City, MO passed away at St. Luke’s on July 3, 2003. A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM, July 8th, at Holy Cross Church, 5106 St. John, KCMO. Visitation 6-7 PM before the service at the church. Richard was an Army Veteran.
