Richard Earl Vince, 40, of Columbia, died Monday, January 8, 2007 at his home. Richard was born on March 1, 1966 in East Stroudsburg, PA to Earl and Regina (Foland) Vince. Richard is survived by a host of relatives and close friends in the Columbia, MO and Pennsylvania areas.
