Shirley Creekpaum

Shirley L. Creekpaum, 71, of Columbia entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 18, 2008 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday April, 20, 2008 at Kemper Arena, 1270 Boone Industrial Drive in Columbia.  Shirley was born October 24, 1936 in St. Louis to the late Delmar and Norene (Essary) Baker.  She is survived by her daughter Irene Whitmarsh of Columbia, a brother Donald Baker of Charleston, MO, four sisters Paula Sue Pennington of Oklahoma City, OK, Paulette McDowell and Sharon McMikle both of Sikeston, MO and Peggy Thomas of Springfield, MO, three grandchildren Larry Dale Whitmarsh, Jr. and Dustin Whitmarsh both of Columbia and Kristina Whitmarsh of Ottawa, KS as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.  Shirley is also preceded in death by her husband Billy Dan Creekpaum, one brother Ernest Ray Baker and son-in-law, Larry Dale Whitmarsh, Sr.  Floral arrangements may be sent to the home at 2513 Willowbrook Ct.
