Shirley K. Schaaf, 77, KCMO died August 12, 2006. Memorial wake service will be Friday, August 25, between 6-8 PM at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO. Shirley was a teacher for 46 years in KCMSD, longtime resident of the Westside, Puppetry supporter, and a POA and UNIMA member. Family suggests donations to Emeline Dobbin’s Youth Puppetry Scholarship, 503 W. Russell, Jefferson, Iowa, 50129.

Again, just want to tell Paula and the kids, how sorry we are to endure such a loss. That we are here for them. To Uncle Kenny and the rest of our family, we love you all. Aunt Shirley was a incredible woman. For all that I thought I knew. What I have read in the other guestbook. There was so much more, and I hope it carries on with those people and others that she touched. Love Roz
