Thomas Wall

Thomas Wm. "Bill" Wall of Overland Park, KS, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 9, 2010.  He was born May 14, 1933 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Ira and Theresa Wall.  He was active in the Micosay tribe in the Boy Scouts of America.  Bill served in the U.S. Navy as a radio operator from 1952 – 1956, he recieved the China Service medal and the National Defense Service Ribbon.  He is survived by a son, Michael D. Wall of Kansas City, MO, an adopted son, Bill Wall of Collins, MO and a daughter, Megan Taylor of Pittsburg, KS.  He also leaves behind 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Boy Scouts of American is appreciated.  A committal service will be held, Friday, January 15, at 12:30 pm at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
