Chad was born on June 26, 1979, at Labette County Medical Center. He grew up in Blue Springs and graduated from Blue Springs South High School in 1997.
While still in high school, Chad began working in the produce department at Price Chopper, where he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for serving others. Chad was preceded in death by loved ones who welcomed him home.
He is survived by his mother, Angie Burzinski; his father, Jerry Burzinski; his daughter, Gabriella Burzinski; and his son, Cole Burzinski.
Chad will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
We will miss you Chad. I hope Darren and Craig (as well as other family) welcomed you with loving arms.
Only God knows why he called you home at this moment, but the Christmas season will always be a time to reflect for all who knew you.
I love you and appreciate the time you took to acknowledge our likenesses and differences, and did not seem to judge me if I did not agree with you.
May you rest peacefully with our Lord and other family members.
Angie and Jerry, I am so sorry for your loss. The losses actually felt by all of us who left Chad.
My love and prayers are with you both, as well as the rest of the family.
Angie, Jerry, Sarah, Gabby and Cole, you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Chad was such a special person.
He and I stayed close through PM’s. His love and pride for his children was deep, as was his love for his parents.
There are no words to express how deeply his loss will be felt by many.
Some of my earliest childhood memories are of running around with Chad. I was glad we reconnected via Facebook over the last few years. It was neat to see that even though we grew up far apart from each other, we were into the same things. My deepest condolences to Jerry, Angie and his children. I know he’ll be missed.
My sincere condolences to all of you ! I will keep all of you in my prayers in the upcoming days as you grieve this profound loss of such a beloved family member. May you find peace in knowing that he is in a better place and reunited with other family members that have gone before him. Rest in peace, Chad 🙏
Jerry and family, we are so very sorry for your loss. We are praying for you all that God will help you through your grief and give you strength to carry on. Much love from your cousins in Maryland, Becky, Michelle, Connie, Melanie and Mary and John (in Texas)
Sending condolences to Chad’s family at this difficult time.
