Charles L. Millican, 93, of Raytown, Missouri passed away November 16, 2021 at home. Graveside services will take place at 2:00pm on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO.
Charles was born November 3, 1928 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Charles served in World War II and the Korean War. He owned several businesses in Kansas City. After he retired, he was known for his garden.
He was preceded in death by: wife, Leona; son, Leroy; mother, Loula Millican; father, Kenneth Millican; sister, Joye Loving; brothers, Austin, Auzzie, and T.J. Millican.
Survivors include: son, Ronald Millican of Kansas City, MO; daughter, Carol Jordan of Springfield, MO; sister, Faye Capps and spouse Sandra Flatt; brother, James R. Millican and wife, Helen P. Millican; brother, Randal Millican and wife, Cindy; sister, Marlene Fritts; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
