Charlotte Blanche Dieleman Thomas Icke Berry Bewick passed away Easter Sunday 4/5/2015 at home surrounded by family. Born in Elmira, Missouri February 17, 1921. Grew up in Kingston, MO. Lived in Polo, Braymer, and Kansas City, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents, all 5 of her siblings, one son and one grandson.

She is survived by 3 daughters, 1 son, 8 grand children, 16 great grand children and 6 great great grandchildren.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to express profound and deep appreciation to everyone at heartland Hospice.

Family burial at Brooking Cemetery, Friday, April 10 at 12:00, Raytown, Missouri
