I did not have many opportunities to talk with Cris, but the times I did were memorable. Cris will always be the one Facebook friend who would try any game and accept any challenge. I will miss that.

I am so grateful to have met her and Mike while working at LMS Wine Creators. We would talk about everything under the sun! I was lucky enough to gain Cris as a client in my salon as well and our friendship bloomed over the years. I loved her no filter tell it like it is attitude! I saw her for the last time last week and we said our normal goodbyes as she was leaving the salon. It is a reminder of how precious your time is here on earth. She always talked so highly of both Danessa and Fawna… I will be praying for you both! <3

I am so terribly sorry for your loss… When it comes to speaking about Cris you can’t really describe her without also describing Michael, what a power couple. Larry and I are so fortunate That they chose us to become friends of theirs. Allowing us to share traditional holiday celebrations and award dinners. I so enjoyed the time that they would bring their closest of friends into Lms just to meet us. They always had a way of making everyone feel special. The early afternoon conversations we would have when no one was in the bar except for the three of us, Of course those conversations were always full of wisdom. The shadowbox still hangs on the wall at Lms It Will always Be very special to me.. You girls know how I’ve come to love you very much,my prayers are with you all!

I remember when I was looking around for someone to supervise me for practicum and internship and they asked you to do it and you said yes without having met me. That’s when I knew you were someone special. During the time we spent, you always were very kind, encouraging, honest, and so many other things to me. You helped me get through some tough times while I was in school and working at CMHS. I am going to miss you so much. It was a joy to meet such a beautiful person!

There wasn’t a day that went by that Cris didn’t surprise me with the amount of knowledge that she had in her mind. She was an interesting, calming, and compassionate mentor to all around her. Cris, I know you have everything you need right now. Enjoy your new journey friend.

There aren’t enough words to describe a woman such as Cris. She looked at and spoke of everyone who crossed her path with such beauty and compassion. She left her legacy with me in more ways than one and I am forever grateful to have became friends with someone such as her.

Thank you, Cris, for making an impact on my life. We all miss you but know that you will be moving mountains on your new journey!

It was a pleasure to know both Cris and Mike. Always had a smile on their faces and made such a great couple. She was such a great help to so many including my daughter and will be greatly missed. They are both once again together sharing that glass of wine. Rest in peace my friend. We shall all meet again.

Fawna & Danessa, I am so sorry for your loss. I know that your father now has a partner to continue his journey on with! Wallace Triplett Bey passed on the same day as your mother. I know in my heart that they are all together in a peaceful place! Your parents were inspiring to the many lives they touched, they may be gone in a physical sense, but their spirit lives on in all those that they touch, myself included! With hugs, Michelle (MCOM, class of 2005)
