Cynthia “Cindy” Kaye Jordan, 57 of Raytown, Missouri passed away November 9, 2016 at St Luke’s Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri. A memorial gathering will be held 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Cindy was born December 28, 1958 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a longtime member of Kansas City Turners. Cindy will be remembered for playing games and cards, cooking, planning parties and practical jokes. She cherished her time spent with family.
Survivors include; husband, Terry, of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Christine & Nick Valenti, St. Charles, Missouri, Sara & John Pummill, Gladstone, Missouri; daughter, Kelly Jordan, Raytown, Missouri; grandchildren, Paige, Cole, Madison & Genevieve Valenti.
The thing I will remember most about her is her warm and beautiful smile and her laugh..it made you feel good inside..she will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
I will always remember your Mom’s laugh, and how kind she was to me. My thoughts are with all of your family.
Always a happy face to see at Turners, we talked a lot back in the day. My sincere sympathy and hope that God will bring your family peace in this trying time and the strength to remember the fun and laughter that you shared over the years, the guidance and knowledge that she bestowed on you. Enjoyed working with Cindy at Paper Warehouse. She was always the life of the manager meetings. My daughter Sherry always referred to her as “Gabby”. Will miss her smile and friendly attitude. Love to all the friends and family.

I never met Cindy but was friends with her through Facebook and our mutual enjoyment of games. I did not know she was ill…and am so deeply saddened to hear of her passing. She always sent me happy birthday wishes and I enjoyed hearing from her on Words. My deepest condolences to her family.
My sympathies on her passing. I too was a Facebook friend. We played lots of games together. I shall miss out conversations and the competition.
