She is survived by her father John Montgomery, brother John Montgomery, Jr., second husband Todd Werts, her daughter and best friend, Apryl Bell McGill and 3 grandchildren.

Cynthia was born May 25, 1957 in Topeka, Kansas. She was incredibly smart, funny and caring. She loved to read and write, and had a love for antiques. She loved storms and should have been a storm chaser or something like that.

She was in a lot of pain for a very long time, now she can run around the wildflowers or fly above the mountains. She is finally free from the restraints in her physical life. We love you.~
