David James Bryant, 55, of Buffalo, Kansas passed away July 25, 2023, in Olathe, Kansas from multiple organ failure.
Services for David will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday August 5, 2023, at Buffalo Community Center in Buffalo, Kansas.
Mr. Bryant was born on October 20, 1967, in Harrison, Arkansas. Although being born in Arkansas, David spent his entire childhood in Chanute, Kansas. He attended grade and middle school in Chanute, Kansas and then moved to Buffalo, Kansas where he graduated from Altoona-Midway High School. David received his diploma in 1986. He worked for Kustom Electronic Signals and B & W Trailor Hitches running a break press. He retired early due to health reasons. David enjoyed spending time with his friends, camping and The Kansas City Chiefs. David’s mind was brilliant when it came to baseball stats. He would spend hours memorizing facts about all baseball teams. His favorite team of all time, was of course, The Kansas City Royals.
David was preceded in death by his father, James H. Bryant; paternal grandparents, David and Oma (Emerson) Bryant and his maternal grandparents, Ol (Mike) and Cleo (Colvin) West.
Survivors include his mother, Linda (West) Bryant of Chanute, KS, brother Michael Bryant and wife Jeanne of Olathe, KS, sister Kelli (Bryant) Tate of Chanute, KS, sister Angela (Bryant) Kuhn and husband Richard of Edgerton, KS and A dear friend for most of David’s life, Babe Miller of Chanute, KS, along with many loving nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He is also survived by his loving partner in life, Glenna Davied of the home.

David’s grin was the best! He was always happy and smiling. His little chuckle when he was laughing was contagious. He will be dearly missed and I’m so sorry for your loss.
David was a great gut. He will be missed. Thinking of you all during this time.
Dave was always fun to be around. Always made me laugh. Dave was around pool leagues a lot with other friends cheered everyone on. He will be missed.
I will say prayers, David was a good friend to have. Always cracking jokes. He will be missed by so many. I am so sorry for your loss.
