Joe Newman, 52, Raytown, MO passed away March 26, 2013 at Centerpoint Medical Center. A graveside service is planned for 10 AM, Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Brooking Cemetery, 10004 E. 53rd St. Raytown, MO 64133.
