She crochet just like my grandma Erma. I lived with grandma all my life, so I know who she got it from. Helen Piggee Bell Granddaughter of Exie Brown Wilson: My sincere condolences to you, and Family.
My dearest family, I am so sorry for your loss. My heart ?? goes out to you all and I ask that THE GREAT GOD comforts you all and brings you peace in this time. The last time I saw Doris was the day she was leaving Los Angeles. Her car was parked across the grass in my mother’s front yard on Imperial Hyw. (My mother’s name was Fay) I think Doris was leaving that night or the next day to Kansas or another state. I remember my mom was sad that you were leaving. Even though we don’t all know each other well its so nice to know you all are there. One day, in the KINGDOM we are going to have one Huge family reunion. I look forward to meeting all of you I don’t know and to renewing relationships with my family I have lost touch with. Again, my heart ?? and my prayers are with you all!!!
It is with a heavy heart that we, (Sandra Kay, husband Mel and 2 boys Marcus and Aaron) send condolences to my family. It is never easy to say good bye to our elders and loved ones. Doris was a big part of my Mom’s young years, (Fay and husband Clifton Tracy); Fay was the older Cousin of the 5 siblings of Doris. My grandmother, Thelma Elizabeth Belcher and Great Aunt Erma are sisters. I mostly remember the family reunions and getting together as our families grew. I remember Cousin Doris as always happy and playing cards. I will always remember the good times and look forward to meeting again. We just want to say thank you family for sharing your Mom, Doris with us on those fun occasions. Family know that our hearts and prayers are about your adjustment and comfort during this grieving period. We look forward to meeting with all of you who know us and ones that don’t know us yet at the next family reunion with Christ. Live long and grow very old.
Thank you, my family for your Prayers and the kind words you wrote for my mother.
Auntie thank you for all the love you have me. While I remember all the good times we had when you and uncle Dale , would come down to my mom’s house, your sister. You all use to have so much fun today. You will be missed but never forgotten. Love you your niece Penny shack. PS: you and Mama together once again.?
